On Thursday, 11 December, at 7:30 pm, the Piano Sessions return with Music and Enigma, an evening that weaves storytelling, virtuosity and orchestral colour into a single thread. Narrator Sofía Martínez Villar leads the way, while pianist Lucas Debargue—one of the most distinctive and magnetic performers of his generation—takes centre stage alongside the Oviedo Filarmonía, conducted by Lucas Macías.

The programme explores three striking sound worlds:
– Òscar Colomina i Bosch – The Styx, a piece charged with tension and mystery;
– Maurice Ravel – Piano Concerto in G major, dazzling, playful and full of kaleidoscopic colour;
– Manuel de Falla – The Three-Cornered Hat, Suites Nos. 1 & 2, vibrant, rhythmic and unmistakably full of character.

An evening to be carried away by words, music and that hint of enigma that turns every concert into a world of its own.
