After the success of his shows En Demasía and Aquí… Supercentrau, which sold out theatres across Asturias and throughout Spain, Asturian comedian Joaquín Pajarón returns to the stage with his new show FilosoSidra, which will be presented at the Centro Niemeyer.

This stand-up monologue looks at everyday life through a magnifying glass — a very Asturian one — set in a traditional chigre (cider bar) with a glass of cider always close at hand. It’s a series of reflections from the bar counter, that place where everything is discussed, analysed and, somehow, solved with humour, cider and a touch of “repunancia”, an essential Asturian word for understanding the world.
