This expression of interest is addressed to organizations, collectives, and individuals wishing to take part in the artistic programme of Oviedo’s 2031 candidacy by submitting projects aligned with the themes and values defined by the European Commission for the European Capital of Culture initiative.
These expressions of interest are a tool designed to foster citizen participation and co-creation—key aspects in developing the final document that will be submitted at the end of 2025, and which must respond to the needs and challenges of the Asturian, Spanish, and European cultural and social context.
