Siero Supports Oviedo’s Candidacy for European Capital of Culture

The mayor of Siero, Ángel García, expressed his support for Oviedo’s candidacy for European Capital of Culture during a meeting with the mayor of Oviedo.

Alfredo Canteli visited Siero’s City Hall accompanied by the candidacy’s director, Rodolfo Sánchez, and presented Ángel García with the main aspects of this project, emphasizing its goal of being a regional initiative, not just a proposal from the Asturian capital.

The meeting demonstrated the commitment of both mayors to regional-scale projects that could benefit all Asturians.
