The silage balls scattered across the fields of Porrúa turn once again into canvases, sculptures and bold artistic statements in a new edition of Porrúa en Bolas, the rural art festival that transforms the Asturian landscape into an open-air gallery.

For four days, young and local artists take over the countryside with creativity, humour and colour, offering a fresh take on rural life through contemporary art. This community-focused festival includes workshops, collective painting sessions, guided tours, live music and, of course, lots of artful “bolas” with a message.

A vibrant and unconventional celebration where the rural becomes radical, and art grows straight from the grass.
